What is KiDS Coaching?
Studio Naga's KiDS Coaching program develops positive social and physical skills in a supportive, community- oriented environment.
Geared towards children challenged by group or class settings, private KiDS Coaching increases concentration and confidence so children are able to integrate into class situations.
With an emphasis on repetition, structure and positive self-control, parents will see results in classes, school and daily situations.
Session Practicalities
KiDS Coaching consists of private one-on-one or two-on-one sessions of varying lengths (depending on age and focus) with a qualified adult instructor. Launching with an intake interview with parents or caregivers, each KiDS Coaching commitment begins with an evaluation and goal-setting meeting with a designated KIDs coach and Louise Rafkin, Head Instructor and Director of Studio Naga.
Parents will be closely involved with the coaching process to best support their children. At some point in the coaching process, age appropriate students from the Studio Naga community may join in to introduce concepts of cooperation, sharing and respect.
When appropriate, KiDS Coaching participants evolve into active members of the Studio Naga community, fully integrating into our classes, camps and other events.
